Community Hotline

I think we should establish a dedicated hotline or online platform for reporting non-emergency concerns and safety issues to appropriate authorities.

Sometimes people have concern or issues that you cant take to the police but still need to be recorded somewhere. The police can then draw from this information later on if anything does happen.
